Australia and New Zealand

Standard Shipping:

  1. Items shipped by Australian Air Express
  2. Your order leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days
  3. You receive your order within 3 - 7 business days from the day we ship your order
  4. Deliveries to New Zealand quote sent via email, for shipping to New Zealand please email support@seacretspa.com.au
  5. Signature upon delivery required for all shipments

Local Customs charges may apply to orders shipped abroad (outside Australia) - These charges are not related to Seacret. Please verify locally whether the items you had ordered are subject to any customs fees in your country. Any orders returned to us due to non acceptance by the recipient on basis of local customs charges will be subject to additional shipping charges to redeliver the order.

One, Two, and Three days shipping:

  1. Expedited shipping quotes are available via email, for expedited shipping please email support@seacretspa.com.au
  2. Your order leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days
  3. You receive your order within 1-3 business days from the day we ship your order (Depending on the shipping options you choose)
  4. Deliveries to New Zealand may take longer, quote sent via email, for shipping to New Zealand please email

INTERNATIONAL

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at:  support@seacretspa.com.au
