RETURN POLICY
Simply return the unused product to our distribution center within 30 days from the date of purchase in its original condition and packaging with the original purchase receipt, and we will issue a full refund for the full price of the product (less shipping costs). We also will be happy to exchange the product for another with no shipping charges for the new product.
Of course, we do not provide refunds the product has been used. Since our business is based on honesty and integrity, we appreciate the same care and concern from our customers. Please note that it takes between 30 to 60 days for us to process refunds. After the process is completed, we will issue a check via mail.
If your online order arrived with incorrect products or has missing or damaged items, please contact our customer care experts directly at support@seacretspa.com.au
Please note that SEACRET SPA does not operate retail locations, refunds or exchanges for any product purchased through a retail location must be handled directly with that location, and will be subject to their specific policies.
