Do any Seacret™ products contain animal ingredients and/or
by-products? What about animal testing?

All of our products are free of animal ingredients and by-products. Seacret™ products have and continue to be free of animal testing.

How do I check on an order I have placed?
If you are a member, you may check the status of your order online. Why is my favorite product unavailable online or discontinued? What can I use now?
Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Please email our Seacret™ online experts with the name of your favorite product that has been discontinued and they will be happy to provide alternative recommendations.

Can I get SEACRET’s Catalog / Brochure in the mail?

How do I know what is right for me? Are your products noncomedogenic and allergy tested?

Does Seacret have Special Offers or Gift with Purchase Events?
Registered Members who opt-in to receive email will get timely updates on special offers and Gift with Purchase Events at Seacret e-Newsletter. This information is updated from time to time and is subject to change.

There is a high blood pressure warning on your salt scrub; is it unsuitable for those with high blood pressure?
The warning on our salt scrub refers to hot baths, not the product itself. Our Salt Scrub is often used while taking a hot bath, and we wanted to let our customers know that using the product in a hot bath may elevate blood pressure.

Can your products interact adversely with medications or a physician's care?
If you are under the care of a physician or dermatologist, only he or she can best advise you of the appropriate products that would work best with your prescribed treatments. We recommend that you ask your dermatologist about the use of Seacret™ products, to determine what is appropriate for you. Once you have obtained this information, we will be happy to confirm which products meet those specifications.

Do you offer gift sets or discounts?
Seacret™ offers seasonal and occasional gift sets at most local retail locations, but participation is determined by the specific retailer. However, some gift sets are offered periodically or seasonally online at our website. If you prefer, you may also email us and a Seacret™ customer care expert will provide tips and recommendations, or services for creating your custom gift set. Charges may apply for custom services.
